When you don't have pepto or tums or rolaids at hand I was wondering if ginger in the coffee or tea would help.

im 31 weeks pregnant. this is the 2nd time ive thrown up blood. the first time i had ate something and then threw it back up and there was bright red blood in it. this time i had got up had heartburn then threw up blood and yellow watery stuff. i have noticed when i eat my stomach hurts after swallowing. im not sure if it is being pregnant or the maybe ulcers or whatever it could be but i have had severe heartburn like every few hours everyday. need some relief thank you. sorry about the TMI

I had a stomach bug at the weekend (possibly Norovirus) which seems to last for about 48hrs.

I now feel almost back to normal but I have really bad indigestion comprising of feeling bloated and heartburn. This is especially bad after I've eaten even though I've now got my appetite back.

Is the persistent indigestion likely to be the after affects of he stomach bug or something else??

Let me first start off by giving some details about myself. I'm 23 years old, female, never any major medical issues besides an abundance of kidney stones when I was a teenager that seem to not be bothering me now for about 5 years. I am average weight and height. I haven't been to the doctor in to have an actual physical examination or diagnosis in about 3 years (haven't had health insurance). The last time I was in the hospital was 3 years ago when I had, what the hospital called "an anxiety attack" where I passed out and became very overwhelmed with my breathing. They ran several tests and could not figure out what caused it. They said stress but I don't accept that because I am one of the most easy going people you'll ever meet and try not to let things worry me.
