è il motivo per cui io sono un amante del code review... il problema come sempre è la mancanza di tempo

P.S. comunque devi considerare quando la frase è stata detta... adesso i tool di debug sono molto migliorati e ci sono alcuni strumenti di analisi statica del codice che ti trovano anche possibili errori molto gravi... il problema in questo caso è abituare le persone ad utilizzarli

strumenti che guardando al tuo codice come viene compilato cercano di trovare possibili problemi. Ad esempio, io sotto Java uso findbugs che anche se non è il top della gamma ti aiuta parecchio

Altri esempi di analizzatori statici: quello integrato in Visual Studio (supporta tutti i linguaggi .Net e quelli nativi tipo C++) e quello di clang.
